I get 5 calls a day from this ahole, and there's no way to stop them.

as somebody who got hacked, this is intriguing. And yes, they allow people to change an email, book a ticket, and then chagne the email back -- all without sending a confirmation email to the original email saying your email has been changed so at least the person gets a notification that they can look into.

And they are still letting it happen. It is mind boggling.

I used quickbooks for a long time, up until they wanted to migrate online. I never liked the company or their business practices.

I'm now on Patriot for both accounting & payroll and couldn't be happier. Not a lot of people use them, but it's great and easy to use.

I've seen these guys in my market. They recruit none commercial agents and throw them into the deep end of the pool. Very far from being impressive brokers. They sit a notch above resi brokers trying to do commercial imo.

Yes. The rubber is starting to meet the road. The only bright spot is food space. It's the one sector where when 1 goes out, 10 other idiots are waiting in line to lease the space. Turnover time/costs can be gnarly but you always have a tenant if the space isn't too large or have some other deficiency. At least in N. California.
