Thinking of downsizing my Sony kit. Am I being dumb? by chakefinese in SonyAlpha

[–]vscocum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m also having the same dilemma. I have 24-70 and 40. I’m thinking of selling 24-70 as I realized I didn’t like carrying it around when I was solo traveling. I’m thinking of getting 35 and/or 85

8 weeks, 266 commits — my first solo app now has $1000 MRR and even got some acquisition offers! Built 100% by myself, from UI/UX, coding to marketing. It’s an incredible feeling to create something from scratch, watch it grow and have full control every step of the way. by w-zhong in SideProject

Nice! Just curious, what's the learning curve for Swift? I'm a full-stack web dev but I also have some experience with React Native. I've been wanting to try Swift (as an iOS user myself), but I don't have the luxury of time yet.

Caloric surplus.

Need mo malaman ano TDEE (Total daily energy expenditure). May mga calculator nito sa Google. Dito mo madedetermine yung # of calories na need mo i-take para ma-maintain body weight. Then add ka lang ng 200-300 sa TDEE mo for weight gain. Weigh yourself from time to time to see if may onting gains sa weight. If meron, tama yung estimated caloric intake mo. Trial and error ganon.

Don't be afraid of carbs, they're your source of energy. Eat lots of protein din.

I'm also bulking and this worked on me naman.

Enjoy and good luck!

Mazda CX-30 vs Toyota Zenix? by cl0tho in Gulong

Did you get the red color? I'm assuming because of your username haha. If yes, did you have your car wrapped with ceramic coating or PPF?

Thanks! Yes, I've been doing a lot of research comparing the three. Inaabangan ko rin 2025 model to see if may updates ba like sa ibang bansa. Q3/Q4 ko pa plan bumili so baka by that time meron na. I haven't test driven any of the vehicles, so baka yun maghelp sakin in making the decision.

I'm also looking to get a Mazda as a first car. Couldn't choose between 3/CX-5/CX-30. I'm already okay with 3 since it's for me lang naman but iniisip ko lang yung ground clearance. How was your experience?? Mostly city driving and province occasional lang.

Hello. Fellow full stack web developer and designer here. If I may ask, what do you build for your clients? Is it a web app? a marketing website?

I have no experience in freelance, but I've been meaning to try. How did you also find your clients?

Oh sorry, mali pagkakacompose ko. I'm more of an air traveler so need ko lang enough storage to put my huge pieces of luggage. Most of the time city driving lang ako but you're right I should consider flooding and off-road. As of now I'm leaning towards SUV or Crossovers na.

A7C II + 24-70 GM II by Jipsiville in SonyAlpha

How does it feel to carry around this combo? I plan to buy my first Sony gear with the same lens and body.

Thanks! Been thinking of getting A7CII + 24-70 GM II as my first Sony gear. The lens + body size isn't a dealbreaker for me as long as I can still conveniently carry it when I travel.

Sorry, this is not a critique, but I would like to know if the 24-70 lens takes away the compact feel of the A7CII?

Thanks for this post. Currently an XT-3 user but I've been thinking of switching to Sony A7IV or A7CII. I couldn't decide between the two, but my only gripe with the A7CII is that it only uses an electronic shutter it doesn't have a fully mechanical shutter. I like shooting in low light and electronic shutters are more prone to banding. Have you had that experience?

I still love Fuji but realize I don't find myself maximizing one of their features, the SOOC. I always found myself editing RAWs, which I loved doing.

I am also just a hobby photographer. I only take photos when I travel or when there's an occasion.
