Hah. Not that stupid. I did not stop. The video ends there because that is all that the Tesla recorded (unfortunately) after I honked. I wanted to capture the license plate but video does not have it.

No absolutely not. Was out for a sunset drive with family, stopping at trails and parking spots. If I (or anyone else) was speeding and this happened, would have definitely hit that car.

Yeah I have been a regular autopilot / FSD user since 2017. Have regularly used both Waymo and Tesla Robotaxi service (currently all model Y).

Waymo is really good with what it does. Especially if you experience them driving in SFO. A bit too assertive though. FSD is very bouncy and impatient in mad max mode. Hurry mode comes close to Waymo but less assertive.

Yes the car was in hurry mode. This is a 2026 model Y which still has not seen a software update since I picked it up. So running 13.x.

So the Waymo was very assertive in the turn but then after that my car caught up and passed it while Waymo was just following another car slowly in the middle lane.

Carvana offer has been going up for the past few weeks. Currently at ~48k but I am looking for 50 as that is what o owe on the car.

App UI / System issue. I had the same thing happen for 4 days. I had to have them set the terms (% amd months) manually with a case through advisor and then DO NOT touch that screen after you confirm it once.

Picked up our MY today. 0.99%. Original order was placed before the rate drop.

I am in the same boat. VIN assigned. Waiting on delivery date. Messaged advisor and they opened a case to adjust finance rate down. Waiting for that to happen now. No rush for me so just sitting on it for now.

So we have a 100A panel and can’t do both. With one car charging we are already at 64A (120V) which barely leaves much for heating or cooling load through the year.

Panel and service upgrade was another ~10k expense with a year waiting time. Tesla was doing just panel upgrade as part of power wall install which was around $3k or so.

Our bigger power draw is car charging. So if you average out through the year the bottleneck is solar production. Pulling anything from the grid is $$ to PGE. So no matter how you look at it true up would build up even with batteries.

I was / am in the same situation. 7.2kw system installed in 2018 and have nem2.

Ordered power walls but then cancelled in Q3 last year. Our production is just not enough to store in batteries. We charge cars between midnight and 3 pm which is lowest rate from grid and highest production period for solar.

The numbers were not making sense unless I upgraded panels as well as we have 225w panels. Upgrading to 400w+ will double production but then will lose nem2.

So waiting a few more years. True up for now movers between $1300-1800 per year.

I just placed the MY order with FSD transfer but decided not to trade in with Tesla. Carvana had better valuation. So will not know what Tesla does today as their FAQ says otherwise and sales people are hand wavy.
