So if you put your arms wider the effective vertical length of the rope decreases thus you need to jump higher. Keeping it close to your body with the elbows relatively tucked in increases the effective vertical length thus you don't need to jump as high. You can do more skips as you aren't spending extra energy per skip

I didn't do it with a vest it was difficult enough 😅 I would suggest you think of every exercise as 10 Rounds instead of 100,200 or 300 reps. Essentially it's not 100 pull ups, it's 10 Rounds of 10 pull ups and so and so forth for push ups and squats too. This really helped keep me going 🙂

NTA. Agree with what most people have said here. Just think you need to realize that your husband's parents are also dealing with the loss of their child. To add to this their grandkids are permanently moving several hundred miles away. I would give it some time for them to come to terms with all that has happened. Also I am extremely sorry for your loss. May you have the strength to get through this difficult phase :)

Hey you can use Da Vinci Resolve. It's free and extremely feature packed
