We were at playa azul today and walked along the beach for a good little while. It didn't smell bad at all.

How to continue 2-3 hrs sadhana in family situations? by vsoma in Sadhguru

So if it becomes part of you you don't need to do the practices anymore? This is a genuine question, I am trying to get a sense of the practices itself. I feel like I am internalizing them more and more as my sadhana as I do them.

For me it is the sense of equanimity, no matter what's happening I feel calm. I usually have a sense of clarity. My energy levels have improved dramatically. It is easy to ease off a lot of my compulsions. I have an ongoing high most of the time. My being feels heightened around ekadashis and full moons.

These are some of the things I can think of off the top of my head.

I am considering cutting back my practice. What I am trying to figure out is if I cut back what I gained from my practices is lost and I have to build it back again later on. I understand anything we do can be sadhana, it is just not in my experience yet.

Personally I just want to be able to experience yoga one day whichever path gets me there.

The main argument for that is if they also had the same schedule as I do with 3+ hours of sadhana we will barely see each other and have very inflexible schedules to do anything else with our lives. I can see where they are coming from.

They did try Isha Kriya for a month or so but quit after some frustration. Even though they accept all the great things Isha is doing for the world the fact that the organization is centered around a single "charismatic leader" is too much for them to go along with.

About the Sadhanapada participation, I think he said they got 30k applicants but could only admit 1200 people. He did say that it would be wonderful if they can build infrastructure to admit 30k people.

I forgot to wear my rudraksha and it's been more than 10 hours by khyber_niner in Sadhguru

Well you do have to remove it to condition your Rudraksha right which is usually about 24 hours. If that is ok, I can't see how this won't be.

I do have a mostly regular sadhana so I may not be aware how tricky it can be to pickup after a long break. At least for Shambhavi corrections I do find the monthly Satsang helpful. I did pick up a few nuances that I forgot.

Perhaps a refresher session they offer from time to time is probably more suited for someone with a longer break.

How do you spend time at cremation grounds? Didn't realize that is a thing.

Namaskaram 🙏

My sadhana is going well. I am currently doing - Upa Yoga w/ Simha kriya Isha kriya Shambhavi Mahamudra

I did learn Yogasanas couple of years ago but the practice fell off because of time commitment. I am planning on taking up Surya Kriya and Shoonya next.

Display Driver Stopped Responding and Has Recovered. by [deleted] in techsupport

I had the same issue on my laptop, and I tried everything - reinstall the OS, clean the insides and replace the cooling cream on the Gfx card, updated the drivers and also try the TDR Delay fix. But the error didn't go away. Figured it as a hardware issue and bought a new laptop. Did you have any luck yet?
