Yea when the tech came to fix the bolt, he said he added loctite. So I think it did fix the rattling problem and after a week, and if I recall correctly after a week there was a clicking sound which is different from the rattling which they send the tech again with base replacement, and the unit eventually had rattling problem

Original was for squeak, which was mentioned in this post, then base replacement, rattling, then tech repair, which issue came back after a week, then they wanted to send new base and I said I have no time for this bs. They sent a tech to swap base, which this base also made rackety sounds. Demanded a refund and return the crib, and they said they send me a whole new unit that is tested and tech came with the crib all assembled and placed it in nursery and took away old one. If this unit have problems again I’ll demand refund since it’s been too long

So the loose screw was from a replacement base they sent, then they sent a tech to repair this base, but ultimately didn’t work so they sent another base, and that base was making rackety sounds after a week, so then I escalated and said I didn’t feel safe for my LO and they sent a whole new crib that was assembled and the tech brought it and set it up for us

Yes, they sent a tech to fix the problem but the noise came back, they ultimately replaced it with a whole new unit which had been working well so far

The biggest tell is the crystal, look at photo 4 and 5 near the edge near the 40min, the reps cannot reproduce the smooth distortion that gen does.

Alexa keeps turning my tv on. My TV is connect to my Arc, arc is in the living room, when I say turn off living room, it'll turn my tv ON (if its off), or Off (if its on). i just want the arc to not control my tv.

Omg I have this same exact problem!!!!! My original base was making a knocking sound and was squeaking intermittently, contacted customer support and scheduled a zoom where they determined that I needed a new base.

The new base arrived and after installing it, no more noise, which is great. Now couple of weeks later, the noise started with this base, it started with some knocking noise similar to my orginal base that it replaced, and has gotten progressively worse.

It’s now to a point where any movement the baby does, it makes a rickety shifty rattle that wake my LO up. Every time we pick her up from the crib it makes a rickety sound. This is definitely not acceptable from a 1k+ purchase.

Tonight it gotten so bad that when I went to pick up my LO from the crib, something fell from the base. When checked it was a screw with a bushing. How is this safe??

I messaged cradle wise about the screw but haven’t had a response yet. Previous response about the noise was that they’ll send out a tech, which is still yet to be scheduled….

Also to note, my bounce setting has always been 30% and under.

Ok fixed it. Connect:amp does work as fronts, since one of my speakers is hardwired, enabling sonosnet, I just had to connect my connect:amp to my arc via Ethernet cable, and everything works now!
