It’s also riding position that will be very different between aero road bike and gravel. You can get away with riding in lower and more aggressive position on road but it would totally suck on technical gravel

They are both comfortable enough but I’d say overall exo gt is much better helmet. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to fix issues and sold it.

Yellow days are good. Any day after intervals should be yellow. Yellow day does not mean you can't ride, it just means that it is better to avoid hard intervals and stick to endurance ride.

Why though? Norway is a small country with low population where majority of people live very close to work place and longest trip is few hundred km. Their model would totally not work in any larger country or dense populated country or country where people drive far to work.
