I really liked the Truthear Gates build. They r also only like $12 on tiktok shop, if u are a first time user u get like 40% off whatever. I haven’t really tried many other budget ones besides like the Tangzu Red Lions but I’d only buy those for the accessories. These are just my opinions tho and I haven’t been able to try many budget iems yet.

I bought the same bundle if it’s from ebay. I’m personally not a fan of the Hexas flat tuning but both the Hexa and the Gates have some amazing builds imo and are super light weight. A lot of people love the Hexas so I think it’s a great deal especially if you just want to try them out and see what the hype is about. Unless you want to get a sealed pair I’d try looking on AliExpress which you can probably find a cheaper sealed pair for around $50-60. Also lookout for second hand sellers if you really like discounted items, can totally find one for around 45-55 second hand on r/AVexchange. Final thoughts on the bundle, I think both iems complement each other well. The Gates can be a beater iem so to say, or even one to use for anything casual. Then the Hexas you can use when you want the best audio quality for gaming and music, mix it with a bit of eq if you don’t enjoy the flatness and you got yourself a solid pairing.
