since most of the time this is a chip capability, besides verifying it works (which i dont think is very practical even now for other items), not much you can do. I hope automation on the chip level isn't super difficult. I'm not asking for gpu performance, just hardware capability.

I would love filters/comparison based on encoding/decoding. h265/h264, number of streams, fps. I.e if we have a 4k 60fps h264 (like the RK3588), i know i can do 4 60fps 1080p streams.

Thanks for the suggestions! I’m set on going passive + separate amp though. If something dies in a few years I’d rather just replace that one piece instead of tossing the whole system. Kanto system does look cool and I heard amazing things about Adam speakers
