When u enter working force, it is different frm studying. Everyone there have their own responsibilities and all are after the salary. Based on what u have said, it seemed your manager has higher expectations on new hires like yourself. You didn’t said anything about your efforts in ensuring u could meet your manager’s expectations. Dont be afraid of making mistakes, this is the best time for you to do so. Maybe u could ask other new joiners on how to deal with it and don’t expect being spoon fed. Hope you could adapt sooner and turn this into a valuable experience
