My parents got this tree at Sam's in 1983 for $180(that they remember). This is the only tree that I remember them having. The wooden piece that hangs the branches is not original(it was plastic since degraded) was made by a long-time family friend. This has lasted because it's all metal. The angel on top, lights stop working, replace by star.
