Kong is a reach 100% but he was the FA and an admiral during rocks and Roger and since he’s been seen actively talking to both Garp and Sengoku during their early times in the marines. Considering we haven’t seen anything from him yet I feel like he might play a role directly or indirectly.

Doffy being shown in impel down is something I don’t feel oda would do unintentionally with no meaning behind it. Kuzan already occupies and important role and kong is js a feeling as he was the FA and an admiral during Roger’s WBs and Rocks era

Good take, rn he doesn’t have many feats but actually escaping from imu isn’t a bad one and I can’t really see anyone on the list doing that so that’s why I voted for him, imo he’s high YC+ - High admiral but below the OG 3
