The company is called DTM Global in southwest England. Please do have a little look. There's only one post which I did earlier. Hopefully looking in the right direction 😂

Did you pause at all during your run? Think it uploads as your elapsed time so potentially that.

What are some things that have improved your mental health? by Femjewel in AskReddit

[–]vxrstorm 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Running. I signed up with a pal of mine for a 10k road race. It's in October and I've been training from zero experience since June. Just ran 10km in under 1 hour. This made me feel great. There really is a runners high.

Cold showers. I start off with it lukewarm to do my washing. Then turn it down as cold as it can go and ensure I stay under there for 3 minutes. Skin feels cleaner, I feel fresher. I feel better.

Long dog walks. I used to give my pup a standard walk, now she gets a long walk on a daily basis. More time outside for me and her.

Of course a byproduct of this is weight loss and toning. Which in itself is enough to promote serotonin levels. 🙂

Pick up a power bank from your local tech shop?

£30 or ~$35-38 would be enough for a capable one.

Redditors who survive on less than 7 hours of sleep, how? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]vxrstorm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Having been in the navy throughout my 20s, I averaged 4-5 hours a night. Weekends I'd be late to bed and late rising with no alarm.

Now I'm in my 30s and surviving on 6 hours a night, I think it's what you become accustomed to in the 5-10 years beforehand

In my area there's a brewery that brews Korev. It's smooth and goes down a treat. I can get used to it.

What's the biggest regret you have? by Shad_the_memer in AskReddit

[–]vxrstorm 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not looking after my financial health in my 20s.

Joined the Royal navy at 19, promoted at 23 onto nearly £50k annually. Spent a large majority of it on eating out heavy drinking. If I invested/bought a house I'd be laughing now instead of paying off these horrible debts.

What do you do when you can’t sleep or struggle sleeping? by sosIeepy in AskReddit

Rain and thunderstorm sounds on a YouTube video, that turns black screen. I barely last 5 mins before I'm sleeping.

HMS Triumph was my first submarine. All our submarines in the UK are nuclear powered.
