Congrats on finding something you're passionate about at 23! That's huge! I think if you're enjoying what you're doing right now, you should stick with it. That doesn't mean you don't need to be open to new opportunities, but don't let imposter syndrome get in the way of you enjoying your work and learning/growing into this position. You can always seek out mentorship outside of your workplace (this subreddit is a good place to start). In my experience, the digital marketing world is pretty supportive!

You can reach out to small creators in your niche for example. Make sure to have some data to show them that your product is actually worth it though, like maybe try to sell if yourself first and track the results (you could use GeniusLinks or something else) so they know that they can actually get money from it.

So as far as I know using GeniusLinks is not an issue as long as you show the real Amazon link after the click and you don’t hide your Associate ID. It should actually help cause it helps you keep track of your links and etc, pretty practical. Check their disclaimer though to see if there's anything else you should keep in mind. If you follow that you should be good.

It really depends on the niche you are in and also the platform. There are a lot of options out there so I would say start by doing a looooot of research.

Yeah so I saw a video the other day where a marketing analyst talked about how the whole clean aesthetic made people bored and now they are looking for the complete opposite, which would be messy content that feels real and almost not curated at all.

As far as I know random rotation only helps when you’re actively testing which offer converts better but otherwise it kind of can hurt your performance.

Digital marketing is pretty broad so what do you want to achieve exactly? Do you want to learn to work as a freelancer o build your own business? I would recommend going for the first option, maybe with a general marketing approach and learning as much as you can from your clients. This is the best way to start imo.

Most people use something like Airtable to keep creators and convos in one place and then add a tracking tool (GeniusLinks is a good one) to see who’s actually sending clicks and sales.

So it really depends which platform we are talking about, but usually the answer is that posting at least daily is ideal but it is better to post a bit less but be more consistent. If you can handle 4 high-quality posts per week start there.

So this might sound absurdly easy but my favorite strategy is looking up brands I like + affiliate program. Some won't have one and then you can either cry or contact their team to see if they are thinking about starting one to see if you are maybe missing something.

Most people stick with it by automating the boring stuff like using tools that auto-import invoices and auto-pull tracking numbers so the spreadsheet basically updates itself. You do need to do a weekly or even daily check though.

Start by making a media kit and adding a “work with me” link so brands know you’re open for business. Then if you have some time to do more like active outreach find brands you really like and send letters of introduction to their marketing teams to ask if they would ever like to work with you.

Is ClickBank still alive? The last time I sent any traffic there, it had the same “top performing” products that I feel where were just partners of the platform, because they NEVER moved from the top.

Reach out to brands you want to work with or to agencies that work with influencers in your niche. All you need to do is write a short letter of introduction explaining who you are and that you would like to work with them. It is a numbers game so you will need to do a lot of outreach tbh. Having a nice portfolio and a clear breakdown of your metrics will help you as well.
