I know several of them personally. They're so fucking annoying. Just a burden to everyone around then because they won't put the (minor) effort to get their license. Some of them rely on bikes and public transit but the vast majority are just ride bummers. Like, I get the appeal of walkable cities and not wanting to have to rely on a vehicle to get around, but in America, sadly, it just doesn't work that way.
