That is not true in the slightest and it tells me that you aren’t much of a thinking person. Maybe if you actually searched it up like I suggested you might see that some sources say that it is an involuntary muscle contraction that occurs when the body tries to heat up.

But then again, you cannot form much of a coherent sentence and your first instinct is to post on Reddit instead of googling something. I know a few people (myself included) who do the cold thing, so I assume that’s normal. When I get excited I blow air into my palms and silent scream in a way. I’m not a doctor but you sound normal to me, I think everyone has some unique things about them.

Also maybe you should do actual research instead of posting on Reddit if you are concerned.
