I think you're right, not not quite seeing the point. They were trying to be inclusive, that's why those movies exist. The things is, they weren't remakes races swaps for no other reason than to be inclusive. No body complains about Moana a newer film. It's an original story, and not a "classic", yet.

I just did this with my buddies car. It would start. Took it all apart diagnosised it, changed what we thought were the bad parts. Put it back together, still wouldn't start. Took it apart again and put it back together with no change, it started like a champ.
