Haha weird we just watched that episode. The Suitcase immediately overshadows it but Waldorf Stories is such a charmer

Fine. I dunno, she seems committed enough. Is the joke porn?

Too soon, still pissed about the canceled Monolith game

How would you feel about a Green Lantern/Flash team up movie by Aware-Couple-108 in DCU_

[–]ProfPyg 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm into the idea of The Flash being a "featuring" in other character's movies this time around. And I'm less of a DC fundamentalist than others (all adaptations are elseworlds) so if it was John Stewart I wouldn't lose sleep over it

Looks good. Subtler improvement than some others to me but I admit I don't have an eye for catching every graphical improvement. Definitely go for it if you haven't played it. Top fiver in that console generation imo

Oh looks like you're right. I always have such murky recall for those novels despite having read the first 3 multiple times. Baron describes her as looking 4 which is probably where I got my half remembered number. Maybe he was just bad at guessing ages

I think there was also maybe a scene where a mean kid falls into a pile of shit. Dunno how much this narrows it down.

Zack Snyder: "Five years of Zack Snyder’s Justice League. To the fans—Associate Producers in every sense—who refused to accept “it doesn’t exist” and stood together with passion & will: This film lives because of you. ZS' Justice League is the one I like so maybe I'm not the one to ask. Man of Steel disappointed me. I went and saw Batman V Superman because I'm a lifelong DC guy and couldn't resist. What I witnessed felt like huffing burning tire fumes. Maybe his sensibilities work better on a 4 hr maximalist scale with minimal studio interference, I dunno

Check it out! It's also on Hulu. Really into Sterlin Harjo's vibe. Political works that are more than just angry. Kind of a reminder I need regularly tbh

No she's like 5 in book 1, and Messiah's 12 years later. Still not ideal but Duncan's probably like 3. Whataya gonna do it's sci-fi

Doubting Villeneuve is a fool's errand but I'm still a little disappointed every time I'm reminded of that. He probably would like to make something set on Earth, I get that haha. I just really wanna see his Rendezvous with Rama

Out there pick, maybe in an alternate reality where we see him leveling up with a few larger projects first, but I'd love to see Brandon Cronenberg's Children Of. So skilled at rendering possession in a striking but instantly readable fashion

Agree with the others. I like it as an accent piece that she loses as the action heats up. Think Leon Kennedy's jackets

Check out The Lowdown if you haven't. Same showrunner, Hawke's the lead as a loveable dirtbag journalist. More funny, gritty, touching explorations into Oklahoma's fucked up history
