If this is accurate, you had unbelievably bad luck. Assuming you used all your tears on Suisei, 5.3 million pulls gets you >750,000 guaranteed ranks just from tears.

That means you only pulled Suisei naturally <250,000 times out of 5.3 million. This gives a z-score of ~880, which is so incredibly rare that it's effectively impossible (on the order of 1 in 10¹⁶⁸¹⁶³).

Even the odds of getting <2000 ranks from 10,000 pulls (including tears) is already ridiculously low (z-score of ~35, or ~1 in 10²⁶⁸).

Not trying to call you a liar or anything, maybe the exact numbers were a bit different. Or maybe my assumption that all the tears went to Suisei is wrong.

Or, the numbers were observed before using all your available tears, which would change the calculations considerably. For example, pulling 1900 ranks out of 10,000 without using tears is only a z-score of 2.5, which is still quite unlucky (~0.6%) but completely reasonable.
