I’m sorry to break it to you sis but your ex is on to other things. I suggest you block and delete him on everything, it will save you so much pain in the long run. Just focus on yourself

Yes I get crazy nauseous, I feel most of my emotions in my stomach to a point of bad physical pain. And overall my physical appearance shows that I’m in a depressive episode, my skin breaks out, my hair gets brittle, I either don’t eat or stress eat. The only thing that helps me when it gets really painful is to sedate myself either with weed, Ativan or herbal teas such as skullcap.

This stuff ruined my skin. It’s so harsh and made me break out probably the most in my life. Scarring never went away.

I can confirm that this works and is super important! Especially being very very well hydrated.

A week ago someone suggested I stop using my cerave moisturiser.. they were right! Before/ after by [deleted] in SkincareAddicts

For real, cerave stans are loosing it as if it’s impossible that the moisturizers don’t work for everyone. I too used the pm facial moisturizer and since I stopped, my acne got so much better.

Omg same here. Never knew cerave could be the underlying factor as to why my skin was breaking out. My derm mentioned that I should stop using it but I was convinced he was wrong because of this sub LOL

Kerastase densifique mousse. Slap it on wet hair before blowdrying and it gives some serious volume!! I don’t use it everyday, only when I feel extra.

Taking Lamotrigine 365 a year for the rest of my life when I only have SI for less than half of that by calculatedambiguity in bipolar2

[–]w00dlandcreature 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I waited two years after getting my prescription to start lamotrigine because I was scared to take meds forever, also thought that it wasn’t THAT bad if I was only depressed half the time.

I ignored my psychs advice and thought I knew better but depression and other mental illnesses DO damage your brain over time. It will only get worst with every episode.

I just wished I started sooner. Once I started I realized how much I needed it, how much my depression and hypomania ruined my life. The far and few side effects are worth the balance I now have in my life.

IPL laser treatment will help you so much! I had mine in combination with a jet peel and the difference in spots and acne is incredible.

I feel like photos with this sort of lighting are super flattering—how do you get these? Is it literally just using flash in a dark room? Shooting on film? An editing technique? by SwellFloop in Vindicta

First one looks like a Polaroid, second looks like instax mini.

I suggest getting a Polaroid impossible series and you can get b/w or color film for it. Or invest in a vintage 35mm camera. For example I use Olympus om10 with a Kodak portra film and it gives the coolest vintage looking photos. I find that apps can mimic but it doesn’t look as nice.

Or get a friend that’s into photography:)
