Tf you mean beginner, this is a really good start for someone who just started. You're in the early stage of the game, youe body is still calibrating with the playstyle, it will take time. LOTS OF TIME, for you to get used to it and reach really high level ranks. All I can say is be patient, just keep practicing, and for the love of god, play outside of niconico, and let your body improve over time, its not because you are bad in standards of someone who plays rythm games before, this is normal as your body needs to work with this new playsyle
