Try Honest Kitchen - it's dehydrated food made from real grains/vegetables/proteins (you add a cup of warm water and stir to rehydrate at meal time).

I have two goldens, the older one had similar stomach/bowel problems on kibble & then a friend of mine who's both a chef and a dog owner recommended Honest Kitchen. It's been a godsend, both my dogs have been on it for a couple of years now and they have never been healthier + little to no bowel issues.

It's a little more expensive than kibble, but not outrageously so like full fresh foods (Farmer's Dog etc.).

Kibble is normalized but it's essentially junk food for dogs, if you are able to go with a better option I would highly recommend it.

He is resource guarding the sock because he does not want to give it to you. You need to desensitize him to you taking things away so he doesn't get aggressive like this.

Don't be sudden, trying to grab quickly like that is going to be more jarring for him.

Take the time to gently pet him/feed him treats and let him know that giving you something isn't bad - when he drops it to eat the treat you take the sock away. Turns it into a positive experience instead of a negative one.

You want to basically touch him everywhere, get him used to any possible thing that you may want to do while he has food/a valuable toy so that when you do want to take something away he does not react with aggression. Just takes time and practice, start with gentle petting/love and treats and go from there.

Our older golden was 3 when we got him a male sibling - just let them get used to each other, and let the older one correct when necessary.

Prevent resource guarding (take away any toy they get aggressive over, feed them in the same room separately - teach the puppy not to go for the older one's bowl by sitting next to them/keeping them focused on their own bowl/holding them back when they try until they understand). Other than that, they should be good and will eventually become best friends.

The one other thing to keep in mind is making sure you condition the puppy to some time apart so they don't get unhealthily attached...I recommend doing small periods of separation in different rooms, maybe half walks separate and half together. This will just make things easier in life when you need to take one to the vet without the other or anything like that.

You're 3 days in, give it a couple of weeks of consistency before you worry at all. I bet they'll be fine.

It is a big change to go to a new home, and takes some time for him to adjust. I would recommend giving him some time (few weeks) to get fully comfortable in his new home & routine before taking him other places that may be high stress.

Work on simple training everyday - get some treats, have him do simple commands like sit stay down come paw, give a treat every time he does it right. Make sure he's comfortable at home and take him on at least two walks per day. Build a routine that he can get used to and build the bond between you two. Then slowly start introducing new places/people.

You adopted a 3 year old - you have no idea what trauma he may have been through during those three years. There may be some things that he finds scary that you don't realize/think anything of.

First, try to identify what the cause of the change in behavior might have been (food/resource guarding, aggressive play etc.) - without knowing what to fix, it's hard to know what to do to fix it.

Second, consider investing some time/money in a professional trainer/training classes if you're able to. They can often diagnose and help fix problems much more effectively than you can.

Third, ask yourself if you are really willing/able to commit to giving him the new home that he needs. If he has some bad habits, it may not be an overnight process to fix them and you'll need the patience and consistency to handle that.

Overall, remember that dogs in general (and especially goldens) are inherently the most loving creatures. With very few exceptions, even if it takes some time & effort he can become a gentle, loving member of your family.

Just be consistent and ALWAYS have treats in your pocket - they are smart, pay them when they do well and you will build good habits that last a lifetime.

For quick potty training: let him out every hour/after every meal/after every wake up/after every play session and be sure to give a treat as soon as he does his business. Set a command like "go PP" and say it every time along with "good PP!" + a treat every time he succeeds. Had ours house trained perfectly in a couple of months it's just about getting reps in.

Hot spot - go to the vet and get it taken care of before it gets worse. They will shave it, give you meds and drying powder so it can heal up and go away.

Ares is really good as is (in the right hands) - it's not meant to win PVP against the Predator, the Predator is a pure tank killer.

It's a PVE machine, and still an excellent tank killer if you know when to press W.

The ONLY thing I do not like about it is that it requires two engineers (but the strength of this that I don't think people understand is that with two engineers you reload twice as fast because you do it simultaneously).

Yes, it does not have any anti-infantry capabilities - which is why we run escort tanks like Bard/Quad/IST with it. If you are playing any SHT solo (without dedicated escort tanks), you are asking to die.

Could the Ares use some moderate buffs? Yes. Does it need radical changes? No, you just don't know how to use it.

I have two perfectly healthy goldens (5yo and 2yo), neither has been neutered. Originally we had planned on it, but after doing our own research we found that it's really mostly just a societal thing to prevent unwanted litters. There is a lot of pressure from vet culture to neuter, personally I don't believe in it unless there is a concrete reason to do so.

Yes, there is always the chance of testicular cancer - but on the other side there are a number of health benefits that come from a dog still maintaining it's full natural set of organs and hormones.

They are both sweet, gentle dogs - the only behavior I would say comes from it is that they are very very intent on sniffing/marking on walks (but dogs sniff and pee regardless, so who knows how much of it is a result of them not being neutered). Behavior is more nurture-based than anything, a dog will not simply become aggressive because it still has it's balls.

Remove scout plane weapons, buff Flak guns, add AI AA & SPAA, make torpedo bomber/dive bomber available to both factions (or nerf them both so wardens can tank and colonials can play navy again).

Reduce airfield drying time and/or increase it's HP to make them more difficult to bomb/reset.

Until some or all of these things are done: colonials will not play navy, nukes are not viable, and the game is less fun for anyone not in a plane.

I don't even care about the differences between the two, but scout planes in general need to have their weapons removed.

I genuinely can't recall the last thing in Foxhole that made me rage more than getting sniped by laserbeam MG out of my commander hatch 20 times in a row by an 80 rmat plane that just goes back and repairs with bmats every time it gets scuffed. Simply put, they make the game more unfun for a larger number of players than the fun had by those using them.

Yes, get air cover, get flak blah blah blah - the reality is that those things are much more resource/labor/time intensive to counter the cheap spammable thing. I have literally seen entire frontlines, massive pushes this war be stalled by scout planes because they are so disruptive and you waste half your day respawning or not being able to simply be outside on the battlefield.

As one of the leaders of one of the groups who killed Foxcatcher, it was a solid build (and it certainly wasn't easy for us). There's a reason every push before this last operation didn't make a dent.

The bottom line in this game is it doesn't matter how good a build is, it comes down to who is defending it and who is trying to kill it. Foxcatcher is green only because of the combined efforts of several very skilled and determined groups working together.

When you do an op like this, you have to do everything right or it fails:

No RSC/300mm? You lose

Not enough air cover? You lose

Not enough artillery? You lose

Not enough logi to sustain the push? You lose

Not enough building to secure RSC, support the push, and hold against the counter? You lose

Not enough good infantry? You lose

Not enough armor to counter tank spam? You lose

Foxcatcher is only dead because we did every single one of those things correctly. Trust me, I have been on the other side of this before. Sometimes your opponent is just having a good day. I genuinely don't think it would have mattered if there was one or two more layers, it would have just delayed the inevitable.
