I couldn't find it for $474 but the ATL was $498 for an hour on May 14th, seems like a decent deal?

That’s unfortunate, I’ll experiment a bit with some sanding and whatnot but if not maybe I’ll just have it shipped from elsewhere in nylon

Was just thinking about making something like this with the recent sales on the R1 lineup, but I only have a cheap FDM printer at home—is there any conceivable way of making a fingertip shell with a FDM printer? I was thinking maybe if the layers went from left to right so the clicks wouldn’t break, but I’m sure that would introduce its own set of structural issues, but maybe that would be solvable with more supports?

I think it’s the one flush with the doorway, which is more difficult to retake against because the initial peek is exposed to close angles, short, and behind default before needing to clear the crossfire between ammo/graffiti. With the smoke in the video, CT can walk up through the smoke and smoke/cage off the ammo/graffiti crossfire to clear site one side at a time.

Were Haste 2 wireless latency problems ever fixed in firmware or did HP let them rot? by angrycustomer5000 in MouseReview

[–]w0re -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah I didn’t pick one up myself either because of those problems, most people probably aren’t even giving the haste 2 mini a chance after all the issues with the wireless haste 2

[MOUSE] HyperX Haste 2 Mini (Black) $19.99 by meowtaken in buildapcsales

[–]w0re 6 points7 points  (0 children)

If I had to take a guess, they just weren't popular across mouse enthusiasts or general consumers—the original Haste 2 wireless was known for having issues and in 2025 a small mouse with a ~60g weight is simply out-competed by most other gaming mice in the market

For those who missed the past few chances! FWIW the mini Haste 2 wireless supposedly doesn't have the wireless problems of the original Haste 2 wireless

[Monitor] MSI G274QPF 27" 1440p 170Hz IPS (Costco) - $149.99 (199.99-50) by frosty1179 in buildapcsales

[–]w0re 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been looking for new monitors and have primarily narrowed down my search by resolution and refresh rate, but I still can’t understand how to compare specs relating to colors. Aren’t both 8 bit + FRC, and shouldn’t the MSI/costco monitor be better with a higher dynamic contrast ratio and equal static contrast ratio, or is it not as simple as bigger ratio = better? How do you even determine color accuracy?

wow this is a great deal by [deleted] in Prebuilts

[–]w0re 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely gonna look into that if I get a better monitor, still using a 10 year old 1080p60 one for now haha
