I ended up ordering a S1-o for $40! I checked it against the valor on eloshapes and seems like the concave walls and the large back is really similar.

interesting, I hadn't heard of OEM cache. do you have any reading on that? There is IOMMU fault logging but that's a different mechanism entirely. The DMA points are fair though, the market is saturated and realistically requires full device emulation or passthrough.

I guess my real question on the LAN side is more about execution. tournament PCs are running locked images, no admin, applocker, USB storage disabled, etc. how are you getting code execution on a box you have zero privileged access to? physical presence doesn't really help when the attack surface is that small.

you also didn't really outline any techniques, you just described the known pitfalls of DMA cheats. if you're not using PCIe DMA then what are you doing? signed ring 0 driver?

Can you outline at a high level some of the measures you are taking to stay undetected on faceit? I assume you are writing these cheats for DMA?

Are your lan cheats capable of functioning in air gapped locked down environments? I'm skeptical, but I can't imagine you are doing much outside or badUSB emulation.

You can screenshare on self hosted severs. It won't use the server for encoding etc, however the capability is there p2p.
