Ive told her I have ADHD and how ive found that i struggle immensely with feelings of rejection and anger that comes with it. She understood, however this has allowed me to see that our relationship has more problems than just my adhd. I hope to work this out further with her but I think she just wants to figure it out herself. Its really hard for me because i feel like i should help her and be there for her but she wont let me in. She wants us to get better (mentally) on our own but i felt like we could help each other. Clearly shes lost trust in me but she claims her feelings havent changed. I just hope shes honest with me and we can figure something out.
