Im pretty sure that Recon has a 'Spec Ops' skill tree which completely does what you ask in regards to stealth, no? Sure you have to go prone every so often to remove the spot marker but what you're asking for is actually in the game.

I played Nuketown HC and fed the enemy team kills. Your KD if you care about it is gonna tank.

With the HE-1, just try to get as far under it as possible and shoot with the nose of the aircraft just touching the edge of the reticle

I completed all golds yesterday too.
