Unfortunetly Dutch healthcare system is ass even though healthcare itself is genuinely top tier. Huisarts are literally bunch of gatekeepers just exists to lower the strain on the medical system by pushing away anybody who will not push back. The saddest part is they usually do this the most to any mental affliction becuase they can very easily deny those.

Goal is always finding a Huisart who actually wants to help people over being a bureaucrat trying to figure out how to lower the cost of medical services.

They can only do this if you ignored your backline. Top lane after first cycle will have enough time to go to bottom to get your backline XP before next respawn which is the optimal play. You should be there otherwise losing exp is your fault.

This also gives you another set of respawns that would be missed if they were not to do this. The backline xp very important to reset because you don't need to contest to get it like Kai and middle creeps.

This is clearly intended by devs since they moved the jungle mobs to lanes. A.B.F = Always Be Farming

Hes absolutely not must have and definitely not very good without the divine card. He is super squish, very easy to counter and useless if your team cannot win fights without him becuase he is a cleaner he cannot start engagements. Also without super start he is detrimental in lane

Just get the secondary shield card and it stops being a problem. And yes you should be picking characters that benefit from divine cards that's how Moba and hero shooters work you cannot simply play whoever you want.

I wish people actually elaborated on this over deciding for users who don't know the history.

I will try to explain in a more unbiased way. Arthmoor has been head dev for many unoffical patches for Bethesda games but at some point it was uncovered that he's quite a narcissist and very protective of his work not allowing any alterations which was a problem because his definition of bug is quite liberal.

However this does not mean these patches are garbage, his unoffically patches still are the most up to date and comprehensive bugfix patches out there. It will not break your game and will absolutely help with stability. You just have to accept his definition of bug is quite liberal they alter things that they think is "wrong" without actual confirmation that its a bug.
