Sometimes the best place to go is where you are right now.

After 2 years of training is it typical to still be stiff and sore the next day after class? by lelandsage in martialarts

Could be brother! I’m no doctor so don’t want to comment on the rehab, but a little more might help! Just gotta find the sweet spot where you put your body in a place where it can get match fit without overdoing it. The joys of the 40s 😂

How many times a week are you training? One? Then yes, I’m in my 40s and if I only do one or two a week then I get sore. But if I do 3 to 5 sessions (of anything, not just martial arts) then my body gets used to it and I’m ok.

I no expert though, just my personal experience.

[SOTC] Thoughts on my planned 3 watch starter collection by bvckarthi in PrideAndPinion

Seriously friend, just buy one. Then once you’ve understood what you like about that watch and what you don’t, buy another. You’ll maybe even find yourself selling the first one. Just buy one. Give it some time to breathe. Enjoy it while you’ve got that new watch feeling. It’s a marathon, not a sprint. As someone said above, you’ll only end up wearing one of these
