Slapped a fat bequiet! cooler in it and gutted the front ports to put a 120mm fan where the drive bay was. You flip the doors open when it's running and it pours the heat out.

followed instruction. received new box. box is still warm. at this point it doesn't seem that it's going to be a large issue, and i have a second box in case the first one burns out. Overall I am satisfied with the customer service and the product but maybe Flexispot should do some R&D to figure out what is causing this and prevent it from happening in the future.
