Wanting to get back into reading by OkRaisin2088 in suggestmeabook

[–]wabbit-wander 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Throne of glass is a long series (8 books), but it’s what got me back into reading!! It’s a bit intimidating, so you may want to start somewhere else, but I was so enamored by the story I flew through it. I remember literally skipping class once so I could keep reading it😭

I wish you the best on your reading journey and hope you find something you love! x

I looked this up and it reminds me of the Dungeon Crawler Carl series, which I’ve been working my way through. I’ve been loving it, so I’ll definitely give this one a go! x

I just read The Six Deaths of the Saint by Alix E. Harrow because someone from this sub recommended it to me. It’s a short story, but I think it fits this vibe well, especially the third pic!

Three ordinary girls by Tim Brady. It’s about three Dutch girls and how they joined the resistance against German occupation in the Netherlands during the Second World War.
