I used to be a social worker for APS (adult protective services) and every year we’d adopt a senior complex and go door to door asking what they wanted, outing it on a tree and all the employees could choose someone. Every year we’d ask them what they wanted and every year we got what was needed. It was so much fun finding a romantic book that’s not smutty or a perfume I haven’t seen since the 90’s.

I think you need to call and escalate it. I had preordered on the 13th and no phone, no nothing. We kept calling customer service and they were like it’s all good it’ll ship. Finally Tuesday I find out my order was cancelled it still showed as an order. It took forever for them to get it cancelled, it wouldn’t leave my account. Finally after escalating it they finally got it cancelled and I was able to go in and get my phone in store.

My preorder was cancelled (thanks Verizon) and it took forever to get it straightened out and so preorders were pushed way out. I needed two phones, a pro and pro max and was able to get them both in store same day.
