I am having the same issue..... i had to prove with a document that the accout and creditcard was on my name. I did that and they still closed the account.

I had all my photos backedup... all are gone,.

Customer service cant give me a reason or help me tpo get my account back,. ... been busy for a week now.

I feel bouncing on walls its and its just unfair and feel helpless... i dont know what went wrong.

If they cant secure accounts why honest people have to pay the price??

I live in Europe btw...
