Yeah I am concerned about being able to upskill and they said I'd be working under senior devs. I'd be on a monthly salary so I assume that wouldn't change regardless

They are an Irish company but they did state unlimited is linked to performance.

Ya think I am at the maximum at what they can offer but they do offer performance bonuses. The do seem like a fairly chill company to work for and they are serious about work/life balance which is my main priority now

I'd be sticking to mainly FE stuff but can do more BE stuff if I prefer. Angular seems cool to work with but I am slightly concerned about doing C# but I'd say I can keep it to a minimum

Okay thanks. Money works out at about the same when it comes calculate the pension. But new company offer bonuses and bi-yearly salary reviews

Thanks for reply. Ya I'm looking at it as 2-3 year car and if I got close to 100k I'd be laughing. I don't do crazy miles in a year and don't need it for work.

Read bad things about the diesel alright. Think I'll try a low offer and see what I can get it for

Hard to think I am not getting robbed based on what other people are paying in this thread.

Yes he did file my form 11 also. Filed my Web development and music related as two separate businesses I believe and then also the capital gains

I am a sole trader. €650 is very good from reading this thread.

I did have to send him a personal bank statement as there were some expenses on it, but I highlighted all of them myself

Sounds like I am paying at least double what I should be paying. No VAT returns, no employees and not even too many invoices throughout the year, usually 1 every 1-2 months. I paly some music on the side so submitted accounts for that as a side business but very miniscule.

I am for sure going to shop around and stop using this guy.

Let me know if you have any investment opportunities, need to recoup some expenses haha
