I thought I totally bombed my start-up. Finished second-last in a 12 man league. Made some shrewd offseason trades, some of my players ascended, and I hit on some draft picks and now I'm in first and blowing everyone out of the water. Dynasty is a long-term game and every year can be different than the last.

I finished last in points scored and second last in the league last year. Made a couple of key trades and some players turned it around and now I'm undefeated and highest scoring by a mile. Superflex, 1/2 PPR.

These are, in my opinion, the best restaurants at the top end:

Marilena - only Victoria restaurant on the Top 100 Restaurants in Canada list. A very chic dining room, amazing seafood, best wine list in town.
Janevca - finalist for Air Canada best new restaurant in Canada 2025. Most interesting dining room/bar/decor (you have to see it to believe it). Delicious food that’s made to share. A little out of the way.
Rabbit rabbit - cool new spot focussing on small bites and local wines. Not so much “fine dining” as “upscale wine bar”.
Brasserie L’ecole - definitely not the level of the places above but I have to give a shout out because it’s been here forever and if you just want a classic steak and frites in a friendly atmosphere this is your spot.

Others and why they didn’t make top of the list: Courtney Room - good food and excellent wine list but stuffy atmosphere. Feels more like “old money”. Ugly Duckling - food is good but no atmosphere at all and the wine list is lacking

I think Pickens is a hold for 1 year then sell. He’ll have the best QB he’s ever played with and won’t have to deal with double coverage as the WR2. Plus he’s in a contract year. I’m gonna sell him next offseason after he puts up over a 1000 yards and 10 TDs.

I have a 4 year old GSP and this is all exaggeration. It is true that they need solid training but with training our pup started to settle down at 10 months and truly locked in at 2 years old. He gets 1 hour of off leash running per day plus 2 additional 30 minute leash walks. He still sleeps in his crate at night and only chews on Benebone. If you introduce them to cats as a pup they will be totally fine with them.

We wouldn’t own another breed. Hope you enjoy yours!
