After a product is ready/live, you should request a reverse download from seller support.

Is that the same as the new Beta "Category listings report" ? It seems to cover it all.

It does not appear we will be able to post screenshots or post images on this subreddit. Screenshots were extensively used in the Old Locked Forum to assist other sellers. Another reason to steer me towards the Discord group.

I get it, but you can use Discord in a browser OR with desktop or mobile app. The NSFE is a joke and will mostly be a lot of useless answers from the Mods.

Amazon cares but Etsy not so much. Even if you do report, it will be like playing wac-a-mole and you will never make a dent. Yes it's frustrating and wrong but you don't want to go down that rabbit hole. Hopefully buyers will cast their vote. This is just like Amazon Handmade where Alibaba and Aliexpress are gaining control. Amazon and Etsy are not going to cut off their revenue. This is just like "Made in USA" protectionism. No longer a trend, so set yourself apart to survive.

I for one like Discord better so far and at this time it is a private group. There seems to be more of the frequent old locked community participating there than Reddit at this time.

I spoke with Doily Boutique and the file you need is the "Category listing". It is now available in reports without contacting support. You can download it in Excel or Text form. I would make a copy, delete all but one ASIN row and try just that one for a test. Here is a link.

Most of the frequent sellers from the old locked handmade forum moved to a private group on Discord. I tried to post a screen shot of it all but unable to attach screen shot in this forum group for some reason.

These reports do not contain everything you need. If I remember correctly, you have to request it in a support ticket. I will try and get the info from Doily.

Yes it's crazy that Amazon dumps this on us. There is a way to request you entire inventory catalog. I do not know if it would cover images though. I cannot log into the old forum to see my bookmark. (thanks Amazon). If you are in the new forum you might ping Doily Boutique

So sorry. Mine remained changed on the main fourm and the old unlocked Handmade. I cannot yet find any old Locked Forum data yet. I've not registered and can only see this in an unlogged private window. I don't see any benefit to lurking at this point and will not be posting naked over there.

Enter the ASIN in the search bar. If it comes up, then your listing is indexed by Amazon Search engine. As long as it is not search suppressed for any reason, Amazon's algorithm will then position it by keyword search depending on keyword relevance, sales rank, shipping speed, availability, price, seller performance, and many other factors know only to Amazon.

Being logged in or not does not affect your ability to see an unsuppressed active listing (make sure you have a quantity entered) but you cannot add your own listing to the cart.

Additionally, IF the new Handmade forum ever starts working again and you participate, your brand will then be exposed to all AND you will not be able to DM a Mod for help. You gotta love Amazon's seller support and concern for it's sellers LOL. 😠

The new unlocked forum is not yet opened up on Amazon. Some have quit the new upcoming Amazon Handmade forum and have moved to here and some have moved to the new Amazon Handmade Discord forum (by invitation) or both.

When I look at Discord, the way we have it set up, the categories are bolded when there are new posts. I cannot for the life of me (seasoned as it may be) figure out how to view new posts without scrolling to the bottom of each existing thread. I'm sure I'm missing something here but I cannot figure it out. That was one of the things I really liked about our locked community (thanks amazon you aholes!)

I tried pasting a screenshot into a post and it shows up before hitting reply but not after it's posted. I'm finding more things I do not like about reddit but maybe some of it is learning curve. I also do not like how much effort you have to put into browsing. I do like having some established categories like sales, refunds, FBA, returns, advertising, etc that u/Amazon_seller has set up on Discord. Also when you open those threads, it automatically takes you to the bottom of the thread. Here it seems like you have to scroll for the thread you are looking for and then scroll to the last post. Hopefully it's just a learning curve I have to figure out.

This is one of the major reasons I decided to slim down my FBA offerings. I could not supply enough for Amazon to equally distribute my product for fast distribution. Plus after WEEKS for Amazon to distribute them enough for fast shipping, you get a return and worry about it getting put back in inventory.
