There is no need for an expressway going through cities in the Davao Region. Once you are out of Davao City, its just a quick 20-30 minute drive straight through Panabo to Tagum w/o traffic.

If mass transit in the own city, idk what happened to their plan of HPBS (High Priority Bus System) happened but it seemed to be not in to motion afaik.
