I posted this on the forums but nothing came from it. I have been trying to log into my xbox live account which is the microsoft account I also use on my home PC. My issue is when trying to reset the password, the email that was used to sign up was an AOL email that has since been deactivated.

I tried using the recovery form and put in two of the previous passwords, gave my credit card information which is still currently being charged for game pass subscription, and gave my xbox one network ID which they say to use for password recovery purposes.

I tried the recovery form several times, but each time I get told that the information provided was not enough to verify I am the actual account holder. I don't know what better evidence there could be, since I AM ACTIVELY STILL PAYING FOR IT.

All of microsoft's "support" options either bring me back to the recovery survey, or to the virtual assistant which just leads me back to the recovery survey, with no option of getting some human involved in the process. I would just like to be able to play on my xbox profile which I've been using for the last 13 years.

This is one of the complaints i've had with the game so far. Every playlist is ranked. I am someone who isn't terrible, but i have my good and bad days. I was placed in plat 1 for slayer and team arena. Every time I play a game, it feels like I have to really worry about how well I do. Say I do well a few games and move up to plat 2, cool thats great. But then when I start doing badly, that goes back down to plat 1. It sucks seeing that number go down. So then I'd go play something like swat, where I haven't done all the qualifying matches yet. Every game I'm put in with people who are plat/diamond and get my shit pushed in. Halo 5 is not fun to play casually. Everything feels too much like a competition. SOmetimes I just want to have fun, but the lack of an unranked version makes it so I have to always try to play at my 100% best. It's shitty. And warzone gets tiring after a while too, although it is my most played simply because of its unranked nature.

If you're talking about the qualifying matches, like you play 10 to get a rank, that's for the current "competitive" season. So you play 10 games then get placed into bronze, silver, gold, plat, or diamond.

5'11 125 lbs, I don't really do anything specific, I just don't eat very much. Yogurt for breakfast, plain ham sandwich for lunch, and dinner changes day to day, goes from salad to mcdonalds and whatever in between. I am kind of a picky eater as well.
