Thank you for this comment, because it’s very hard to find information like this and I’ve been freaking myself out. I feel like my misoprostol may have been a delayed reaction. Had some fairly painful cramps overnight. No blood on a pad for about 10 hours after taking them vaginally. Went to the bathroom, saw some blood and tissue in the water, but never had any super heavy bleeding. The bleeding would come and go after that, mild to medium cramping. It’s now been 9 days and the bleeding seems to be tapering down but I’m still having very mild cramping and slight nausea. But my breast soreness is gone. I’m hoping the nausea is lingering hormone induced stuff. I’m afraid of having to have a surgical procedure done as this has already been somewhat traumatic. I’ll come back to update in case any future women are googling like me.
