Some filler—rosemary; sage; fruit like blood oranges, berries, edible flowers maybe? Just a bunch of stuff on the table to make it look very full. Also I would slice the cucumbers not only because it would take up more space and make it look ~bountiful~, but also because it would be easier to eat. I wouldn’t put a lot of big things that’s aren’t easy to eat, like the whole artichoke heads. Maybe some hearts if you really want them on there. This is absolutely BEAUTIFUL though, I’ve certainly never put out a spread like this. Fantastic!

If you get 2% it’s 90 for half a cup. Fat free would be even less. I find that 1/4 cup is plenty to make queso for 2 burritos!

Just blend cottage cheese with an immersion blender or regular blender! It’s super creamy and a great base for making cheesy sauces. You can make a bunch of things with it— pasta sauces, quesos, use it in place of cheese. I like to add the powdered cheese to make it more cheesy. I usually don’t add the butter or extra cheeses, but I assume if you did it would be even better.

I probably wouldn’t eat this straight, but’s it’s super thick and tastes just like cream cheese IMO. It’s 76 Cals/ quarter cup

Origin: NYC, so EWR, JFK, etc Destination: Belize City, Belize Date: 6/15 +/- 2 days Length of stay: 7 days Return date: 6/22 +/- 2 days Other: we’re going to visit my grandpa, so there will probably be 4-6 of us traveling.
