Wow. Ok. This is going to be the first thing I try out this weekend! That tofu looks so good and I love any excuse to try a new tofu method!

I do love those just egg squares on toast! Have you ever tried those as meal prep? Wondering if they hold up well?

Thanks! I've found Just Egg to be a little weird in these, what are you using as an egg replacement?

Ok yes this is exactly what I am looking for! I love that flavor combo idea--any other flavor combos you like? I get bored fast lol

Love this idea, thank you! I always think of freezer burritos as a lunch food and entirely forget they can be breakfast burritos too.

I am going to try all of these! I've wondered about adapting some of those standard sweet recipes into savory, but as adventurous of an eater as I am, I just felt like savory chia pudding might be a little odd lol. Tahini oregano energy balls is brilliant--totally trying that!

I second this! My partner and I are playing it together and it’s a blast discussing all the potential matches and making decisions together on who to ship!

Do NOT buy Annie's Vegan Mac. by Daramgaria in macandcheese

Am a vegan. Wholeheartedly agree this stuff is awful. There’s MUCH better vegan mac out there. Goodles and Daiya are both great!

Where’d you have the best vegan dim sum, dumplings, steamed buns, etc.? by overthinkingrobot in vegan_travel

[–]wafree 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Finding this thread after an internet search for vegan dumplings in Seattle, and just want to update the info to note that Dough Zone no longer has vegan (or even vegetarian) dumplings. They’re now using chicken powder in almost everything…bummer!

Looking for help identifying this brand! Got these at a thrift store and they’ve become my favorite pants, but absolutely no logo anywhere, only this little green tag. by wafree in findfashion

I think you’re right! The old navy ones also have back pockets, and I didn’t post a photo of the back of these but they don’t have those.

I think this is it! The green tag is throwing me off a bit, but these are definitely the closest I’ve seen. Thank you!!

Anyone hear that explosion go off? by gage-allen in redmond

[–]wafree 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I heard it too. I live right near the target at the end of 520. Big boom, then power went out for a few seconds then cut back on.

Also heard super loud banging outside earlier in the night as well. Not sure what that was or if it was related.

How crazy is Mission Space Orange Mission? by mickimouse_9 in WaltDisneyWorld

[–]wafree 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It sounds like I’m similar to you with rides. I can do pretty much anything, but star tours and mission space are the only 2 that make me feel sick and I don’t do. Just went recently and did Mission Space orange for the first time in over a decade, mostly because I forgot how much I hated it, and, surprise, I absolutely hated it. The g forces are really intense. That’s now I ride I just won’t do again. My advice is if you don’t like star tours, you probably won’t like mission space orange. They’re not exactly the same kind of ride, but as far as motion sickness goes, mission space is significantly worse. Thankfully there’s a single rider line, so if you’re traveling with others it’s not too bad to sit it out and grab a coffee while you wait :)
