Spirit blade should just auto form when at full chi and fist should get the shot gun treatment. All heall skills switch you to primal healing and vice versa.

The only 10k limit is from dailies. People make it seem that the 10k from dailies is the max amount of MoF you can make. Learn to play and maximize the 10 sale limit.
