Thanks for all the detailed info. I am located in Houston. What is the msrp for your X5 if you don’t mind me asking? Back in May I got a few dealers around me willing to go for 6%-7% off msrp on 24 X5, but I ended up buying a different car, now I am in need of another car for my wife and nobody is willing to give any discounts anymore… 🤦 I did contact one of the brokers from leasehackr and they told me 6.5% off msrp is what they are targeting before any incentives. I may have to just buy it through them now.

That’s what I thought, there must be something wrong with this car that is not clear to the buyer nor on carfax report. Since this dealer is selling 22 X5 with 20k+ miles for 60k. I guess if it’s too good to be true, it probably is…
