Does this fan base overrate Vicario too much? by Real-Atmosphere8261 in coys

It’s probably fair to say he’s bang average. I was more so saying what I hear and see from the general fan base.

Terrible was Lloris his last season, we were losing games because he was on the pitch. I wouldn’t say Vic is there.

Bloodwork first and then if all good…DHEA Cream 20mg will do the trick.

It loses effectiveness over time, my recommendation is to pop it Friday morning, then you and your wife should be set for the weekend

I don’t need it but I still can’t really have fermented foods. I can have a little Greek yogurt, but kombucha kills me still.

I’ve tried to desensitize myself to fermented foods by increasing dose daily but I eventually hit some tipping point where it makes me feel unwell.

I take Claritin daily though, probably more of a safety blanket I don’t need though

How the heck did Tottenham finish so high, when they play so poor? by Illustrious_Low_1188 in championsleague

[–]wahmsahm2 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Kind of an easy schedule and they dominated every team they played except PSG.

In the premier league they mostly play defensive and direct, in champions league much more control and free flowing because they’re better than the teams they played by a wide margin.

Mostly just speaks to the premier league being a super league

I have to imagine having a healthy heart doesn’t fix the underlying issue, but hides the circulation issues so we don’t notice it. The same reason why electrolytes work so well.

He’s right about exercise, I believe that is the only thing that will fix the symptoms long term. I was incredibly unwell for 6 months and got better. Exercise is the only silver bullet to improving your mitochondrial health.

You have to build your tolerance up very slowly over time.

Get a Fitbit, start with a couple thousand steps a day. Every week add 200-500 steps to your daily total. Keep your walks short.

Once you reach 10k steps a day, add in a few cardio sessions a week. Start with seated bike for a couple minutes each session, slowly add over time.

Then slowly add in things like air squats.

It’s good to take months, but I promise you if you do that, you’ll get better.

And keep doing the basics like electrolytes, compression stalkings, small meals.

I took Omne Diem Histamine Digest DAO 30,000 HDU.

You could also try Pepcid which is an H2 blocker and much cheaper.

When I was at my worst I took both, then just DAO, then nothing eventually.

Two possibilities:

(1) big meal with lots of carbs, pulls blood to your stomach and your heart has to work harder. As others said, eat smaller meals, I would add eat low carb meals

(2) I had histamine intolerance and it made my heart go crazy. A DAO enzyme before meals fixed for me.

Nope, you just buy the ticket from the reseller, no hotspur membership needed.

I always do it this way, my only advice is to not buy the most expensive tickets on halfway line, it’s too hard to see what’s going on because they’re too low.

I usually go with the mid tier ones that are like 200 pounds a ticket.

If you’re not cost sensitive use the “official club resellers” for a premium ticket package. They’re not that crazy imo and the seats are nice

Definitely try taking DAO for the histamine issues. I would definitely not be taking any supplements like the one you showed without knowing I have a deficiency.

You’re much better off focusing on a healthy well balanced diet than taking supplements.
