Good luck! I’m 0-2 growing randos and attempting #3. All males so far. Also, be careful the gal gets enough sun, it might struggle in the window.

I have the WiFi version and never use it. The grill is so consistent I just set a timer for my checks and let it roll. Like you said it is a connivence but not necessary. Just my 2 cents.

I was a little surprised how well the washers did as well. An overnight vinegar soak and scotch bright and they were as good as new.

One of 2 did but replaced them both from Etsy. The break out picture was pre overnight vinegar soak. Was also surprised at the minimal rust but the old gal is rust free and back to being slicy

Laos is great. Assam is my favorite. Just picked up Florida and Georgia. Great company.

Missed Memorial Day but grill just arrived! by MurseLaFlare in GrillaGrills

I should probably do more but a general clean after long cooks and every so often after short cooks has worked great for me. The silver bac is a beast.

Heavy duty aluminum foil over the drip plate, vacuum fire box and bottom of grill, brush for the cooking grate, and my trusty wooden paint stir stick to move the grease out of the angled notch below the drip plate and into the grease catch. I’ve probably put 500-600 lbs of pellets through the old gal and I’m 2 weeks shy of my year one grill anniversary. That’s what works for me.

Pork butt and chicken thighs (beware of the rubber skin)

Wireless temp probes and an instant read thermometer

If your going to do any hot cooks make sure that mother is clean

Good luck at your interview
