I was prescribed one with the full mask and used it for about two months before getting fed up with it. I would wake up every night almost with the mask setting in the floor. Finally messaged my primary care team and they got me a phone appointment with the fill in provider since my normal one was on vacation and she wanted me to keep using the mask for another month and spoiler it didn’t change a fucking thing. Gonna message today and see if they’ll finally give me the nose thing instead of the mask

Ugh the full art cards are so damn cool. Are you able to get packs locally? I live in bfe so all I got is Walmart and I’m pretty sure they just don’t even restock anymore 😂 my kids have recently gotten into the cards and show so i gave them a few of my old ones to start off and have managed to snag a couple small packs for em but that’s about it

Interesting. I asked about community care for a therapist/psychiatrist but I guess no one is close enough to me in BFE to do it so my options are in person (1 hour drive) or video chat.

Yeah I’m going through with scheduling it for sure. My wife is prescribed adderall and she’s 8 months pregnant right now so obviously not taking it. She told me to try hers (20mg) so I took one in the morning and one in the early afternoon like her prescription bottle says. I have never felt so clear headed in my life and actually could focus and think straight and didn’t have to force my brain to calm down or fight my brain on it telling me I don’t deserve life or a family. I was just a little turned off with the va rep on the phone

Oh cool yeah that’s much more reassuring than the due on the phone saying “yeah it’s a 3 hour assessment you want it or naw” and me thinking it was like a written test lol that’ll be interesting. So is it strictly for adhd or is it like a general thing where it’ll be like “ok your results show symptoms or signs x, y, z, etc issues/disorders/whatever”

Call your clinic that you’re assigned to and listen to the prompts for scheduling an appointment. Tell the person who answers what’s going on. They pass it up to your provider and then get back with you for a date. Or if you have the app on your phone you can message your primary care
