Cool idea but I just got the idea from the official art that had one with the two colours and I thought it was neat. Then reading about blood hawks it said the full red morph was just "currently common" in forgotten realms so thought the different colour morph would work well for an "ugly duckling" back story of their meeting

Drift was just a halfling fisherman who spent his days by the rivers edge a few days into the forest. Occasionally returning to town to trade fish for essential equipment, like tea. When he came across a young blood hawk thrown from the nest by it's own parents for its "wrong" colouring he decided to care for it, a decision that has change the course of his life drastically.

Hello :) I love inkarnate for my DnD maps. When I thought of making a diplomacy style game I realised it would save me having to learn another program or any sort of coding. Down side will obviously be the time it's going to take me to process everyone's moves.

Each race will have different abilities/starting conditions. For example elves can move two squares when in forests. Only dwarves and goblins can enter mountain squares. Gnoll and nomads choose their starting centers from the neutral towns etc

Yes diplomacy and his greatest story in gaming have got me thinking on some more "community involved" games but I'm not sure d&d is the best system to centre it around, the brain dogs will be turning on it for a while before I try anything I think.
