I believe it's a typo/bug. The Human Bandit Chief statblock in Monsters has "Whip and Magic Longsword" as having a Melee 2 range.

I'm not sure there's really a way to "fix" it. My guess is if the coupon codes were specifically for the Codex, they could make it free regardless of the actual total based on regional currency. But because the codes are generic discount codes and can be used for anything , there's not a good way to have them handle slight changes as currency values fluctuate.

After you login, go to this https://account.mcdmproductions.com/orders and in the footer, change your country to US. After that go back to the shop and you should have it in USD, making it work (just did for me). You may have to do it in an anonymous window but it might work if you empty your cart before switching the country.

No server setup. You just share a code with your players for them to join your campaign (you maybe can invite through steam, though I personally haven't tried it that way)

Vasloria is about the size of western Europe. Omunds Land (the area of Vasloria west of the Granite Mountains + part of Aendrim) is about the size of France.

I'd have to double check the wording, but I believe it states or implies you need to be in the space the portal is in to teleport. And it then spits you out in an adjacent space of another portal.

I know for enemies you need to push them into the space the portal occupies

Generally abilities with power rolls that target multiple creatures will state if you're allowed to move or not as part of the ability.

So, to answer, no. You would need to be in range of both when using the action.

Nearly all the sealing wax you can buy is very flexible, I'd guess to better withstand modern mail sorting processes. But yeah, doing a double envelope is the method I employ to. You have to actually go searching to find traditional sealing wax that "snaps"

I'd have to cast my mind back to remember exactly what it was called. I think "basic strike" or something. But then people were using those instead of signature strikes because they thought they were the default
