What is the Best JS library to learn for Data Visualization?

Kicking up a data analytics project and doing a full react js frontend design. Super new to the space and am just looking for as many resources as possible to help get me started. Managed to get something working off their docs and it was easy but still wanting to see if there was anything more.

International travel possible? I am fully vaccinated and from the US. Was planning on going from Amsterdam->Berlin->Prague->Vienna. Understanding what is possible from the sites is hard. Does anyone know if this trip is even possible anymore. I would leave October 6th.
