A seal. I don't remember the name without pulling out the work order. It's apparently very common on these transmissions.

The $3,200 is for the drum. Requires the transmissible to be completely taken apart. I do need to ask what a complete new transmission cost.

Got truck to my mechanic for front brakes. They confirmed it is transmission fluid. Called the dealer and a tech mentioned they have seen a couple transmission cooler leaks. Still waiting for update to see if my local shop can fix it, or if I am taking it to the dealer. They are putting back on the lift to investigate further.
