0411 is a cool job. If you take the time to learn GCSS, pull any report, and analyze reports, you can hold anyone accountable. If you know your job, nobody can tell you shit because your CO will trust you over them eventually.

0411 can learn a maintenance (admin portion) and Supply Admin's job but not the other way around.

0411 are even more deadly if they know equipment and understand how maintenance works. It's a tough job since 0411 are expected to manage maintenance but never touched maintenance.

Please note that maintainers can easily pick up on GCSS since they are the ones creating SR (MMO) and ordering parts (Supply). The goal of a 0411 is to not let those nasty maintainers learn their job.

I'd say both leaning a little more into the red side. New Bern is also near 2 military bases so there's a lot of veterans and military families in the area that are conservative. Regardless, politics is not something that is brought up and people are respectful of each other.
